Last Speed Renting for 2009!

Need a place for summer? Warm weather bringing out the worst in your housemates? Want a roomsitter so you can head overseas for a month?

Tomorrow night's Speed Renting event is this last chance you'll have to find that friendly housemate or the cheap townhouse with the huge backyard you've been searching for!
 

How does it work? Householders and roomseekers meet up at a bar, have a drink, share a pizza, and spend a few minutes getting to know each other before the bell rings. Hopefully, by the end of the night you’ll leave having found someone to share a place with who isn’t a live-in freak!
 

Our final event for 2009 will be held at the ever-popular Comfortable Chair, 98 Lygon St, East Brunswick (North of Brunswick Rd), Tuesday 24th November, from 6:30 till 8. To keep numbers even, please register online as soon as possible.
 

Make sure you bring a pen, paper, contact details, and photos of your place if you’re a householder. To save repeating the same information, also bring a checklist with your rental preferences (suburb, price, diet, pets, sharehouse skills, etc).
